The team at Absolute Dental Services is, quite simply, the absolute best! I recently had an urgent issue that needed immediate attention, and Astika went above and beyond to help. She worked efficiently, listened carefully to my concerns, and quickly found a solution that completely put me at ease during a stressful situation. Astika and Jack, the President of Absolute Dental Services, make an exceptional team. They are truly customer-focused, highly responsive, approachable, professional, and genuinely caring. From start to finish, I felt valued, supported, and confident that I was in good hands. It is rare to find a company so committed to outstanding service and customer satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Absolute Dental Services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that combines expertise with kindness and professionalism. Thank you, Astika and Jack, for your outstanding support!

My office, along with many other offices, use Absolute Dental for any case that we can. They are the only lab that follows my doctors' very specific requests that results in not only patient needs being met but lower lab costs and faster case delivery times. No matter the department and who you speak to, you are always speaking to someone respectful and willing to assist in whatever matter arises. However, one particular person deserves recognition for always going above and beyond and that's Billy. He makes sure that all of the bite regs are picked up, our cases are delivered in a timely manner, and never hesitates to communicate special case requests or anything else back and forth between the office and the lab. Even when there has been a miscommunication or error on our end unknowingly, Billy has consistently and without hesitation been able to professionally communicate and problem solve with us as well as being patient and understanding with us overworked dental staff. Sometimes because of our hours or emergency patients, he has to go out of his way to accommodate and has never once complained when ask to do such or not made things happen when they needed to. Absolute worked closely with my dentist to make sure to get the color of my crown just right. Took 3 tries but it was perfect at the end. Ash is so knowledgeable and experienced and it was a pleasure to work with her.

I was recommended to Absolute by my dental care provider. The entire team here is warm and friendly. I worked with a specialist named Astika who was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional and a perfectionist. She took her time explaining everything and did an amazing job! Highly recommend Astika if you go here. Thanks to the entire team for a great experience.
